Tips for weight loss

Most of us feel that they are over weight and always feel shy to wear T-Shirts and pen jeans. So, guys its time to quit those kind of feelings and get ready to send the waste cholesterol from body. We as Indian's mostly prefer to eat the food mainly made with Oil an so we think it's the main for the wastage in the body.


                  But it's absolutely wrong our body needs Vitamins, Proteins and fatty acids to manage digestion process. Coming to our Grandma's and Grand Pa's they used to eat every dish which now a days we consider as cholesterol food and anti-digestion food. The wrong step where we take is managing the food with the timings of our work. So there are some tips to manage the weight with eating the food of our desired.
 
  • Take care that you always eat at the same timings that daily you eat. The disorder and changeable timings of taking your breakfast, lunch and dinner may lead to gastric problems.
  • Do not skip your breakfast.
  • Drinking 3 liters of water is the formula which we know already but including buttermilk and fruit juices in the 3 liters is the point to consider.
  • Eating oily food in winter leads to intake of more water, which is the strategy followed by our ancients, so we should observe it.
  • At the same time prevent eating oily food during Summer and prefer eating seasonal fruits like Water melon, Papaya and Orange. (We ladies during summer not prefer to work more in Kitchen so it is easy to get fruits and have it in regular intervals :) )
  • This also improves your skin tone and make you look younger.
  • With these tips follow with a 30min of walk daily in the morning or at the night which makes you keep your weight balanced.
